Managing chemicals with lisa.lims – more than just laboratory management
The Chemicals and Reagents module offers more than just inventory management. The module shows important information such as H and P statements with the relevant hazard symbols, the CAS number or data sheets in lisa.lims. The categorization of chemicals into different classes is flexible and depends on the requirements of the laboratory workflow. Use-by dates are automatically calculated and displayed, and minimum quantities can be defined.
In conjunction with lisa.lims Procurement Management, orders are immediately recorded in the system, while clear, structured information regarding suppliers and terms is available. Access to as well as the use and history of each chemical can be documented and researched.
