a) When you visit our website

When you access our website www.t-p.com, we use cookies (Information on the use of cookies) to gather non-personal data about the website’s use. For data security reasons, we also save the following access data in a log file:

  • The name of the file called
  • The access status (OK, partial content, document not found, etc.)
  • The site from which you accessed our website
  • The top-level domain (*.ch, *.fr, *.com etc.)

Triestram & Partner GmbH only analyzes data anonymously and solely for statistical purposes, for example in order to ascertain how often the website was accessed on what days. No personal data is analyzed, unless the data in question has been explicitly and knowingly provided by the user.

The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate interests in safeguarding data security and obtaining information on use of our website.

This data is automatically erased after one month.

Our website uses Google Maps to show our locations and to enable them to be found more easily. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The Google Fonts from Google Inc. are also integrated on our website.

Use of these Google services may mean that information on your use of our website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered in the route planning function, may be transferred to Google in the USA. Triestram & Partner GmbH has no influence on transfer of the data.

b) When the contact forms on our website are used

We offer various forms for getting in touch with us on our website. The following contact data must be disclosed in them:

Data is processed for the purpose of contacting us on the basis of your voluntary consent.

The personal data gathered by us when the contact forms are used is stored in our sales information system.

The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate economic interests in conducting marketing measures.

Your stored data is erased when you make use of your right to have your data erased in accordance with section 4 of this statement (“Rights of data subjects”).

 

c) When you contact us by e-mail or phone

Contact data given to us when you contact us by e-mail or phone (such as your surname, first name, company name, e-mail address and phone number) is stored in our sales information system.

The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate economic interests in conducting marketing measures.

Your stored data is erased when you make use of your right to have your data erased in accordance with section 4 of this statement (“Rights of data subjects”).

 

d) In the case of applications

The data and files submitted by applicants are stored solely for handling the application and are used only by t&p employees involved in taking decisions on it.

After the application process has been completed and an applicant is successful, his or her data and files are retained for use as part of the employment relationship.

The legal basis for processing the data is that it is required for steps prior to entering into a contract (job application process) or for performance of a contract (if an employment relationship comes about).

If an application is not successful, the data and files are stored for a period of 12 months so that any questions relating to the application can be replied to. The data and files are erased after that. That does not apply if statutory regulations stipulate that they must not be erased or they need to still be stored for purposes of documentation.

If an unsolicited application is received, the data and files are stored for one year so that the applicant can be considered for vacancies that arise in the future.

 

 

3. Disclosure of data

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for purposes other than those specified in the following.

We disclose your personal data to third parties only if:

You have given us your explicit consent to do so

It must be disclosed to enable the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have overriding legitimate interests in your data not being disclosed

Demand information on and access to your personal data we have processed. Demand restriction of processing of your personal data, if you dispute the correctness of the data, processing of it is unlawful, but you oppose its erasure and we no longer need the data, but you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have objected to processing of your data;

Receive the personal data you have provided, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or demand that your data be transmitted to another controller;

Revoke your consent to processing of your data at any time. As a consequence, we will no longer be allowed to continue processing the data on the basis of your prior consent with future effect;

Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can usually do so with the supervisory authority responsible for your habitual residence, place of work or the location of our company’s registered offices.

If your personal data is processed to safeguard legitimate interests, you have the right to object to processing of your personal data if there are grounds relating to your particular situation or the objection is to direct marketing. In the latter case, you have a general right to object and we will comply with that right without any need for you to specify grounds relating to your particular situation.
