When you access our website www.t-p.com, we use cookies (Information on the use of cookies) to gather non-personal data about the website’s use. For data security reasons, we also save the following access data in a log file:

Our website uses Google Maps to show our locations and to enable them to be found more easily. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The Google Fonts from Google Inc. are also integrated on our website.

Use of these Google services may mean that information on your use of our website, including your IP address and the (start) address entered in the route planning function, may be transferred to Google in the USA. Triestram & Partner GmbH has no influence on transfer of the data.

b) When the contact forms on our website are used

We offer various forms for getting in touch with us on our website. The following contact data must be disclosed in them:

  • General inquiries: Name, e-mail address
  • Registration for webinars: Surname, first name, company name, e-mail address, phone number
  • Downloading of publications: Surname, first name, company name, e-mail address, phone number
  • Newsletter registration: Surname, first name, company name, e-mail address

The personal data gathered by us when the contact forms are used is stored in our sales information system.Data is processed for the purpose of contacting us on the basis of your voluntary consent.

The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate economic interests in conducting marketing measures.

Your stored data is erased when you make use of your right to have your data erased in accordance with section 4 of this statement (“Rights of data subjects”).

 

c) When you contact us by e-mail or phone

Contact data given to us when you contact us by e-mail or phone (such as your surname, first name, company name, e-mail address and phone number) is stored in our sales information system.

The legal basis for processing the data is our legitimate economic interests in conducting marketing measures.

Your stored data is erased when you make use of your right to have your data erased in accordance with section 4 of this statement (“Rights of data subjects”).

 

d) In the case of applications

The data and files submitted by applicants are stored solely for handling the application and are used only by t&p employees involved in taking decisions on it.

After the application process has been completed and an applicant is successful, his or her data and files are retained for use as part of the employment relationship.

The legal basis for processing the data is that it is required for steps prior to entering into a contract (job application process) or for performance of a contract (if an employment relationship comes about).

If an application is not successful, the data and files are stored for a period of 6 months so that any questions relating to the application can be replied to. The data and files are erased after that. That does not apply if statutory regulations stipulate that they must not be erased or they need to still be stored for purposes of documentation.

If an unsolicited application is received, the data and files are stored for one year so that the applicant can be considered for vacancies that arise in the future.

YouTube

Our site uses for the integration of videos the provider YouTube LLC , 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, represented by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Normally, when you visit a page with embedded videos, your IP address is sent to YouTube and cookies are installed on your computer. However, we have integrated our YouTube videos with the enhanced data protection mode (in this case, YouTube still contacts Google’s Double Click service, but according to Google’s privacy policy, personal data is not evaluated). As a result, YouTube no longer stores information about visitors unless they watch the video. If you click on the video, your IP address will be transmitted to YouTube and YouTube will know that you viewed the video. If you are logged in to YouTube, this information is also associated with your user account (you can prevent this by logging out of YouTube before viewing the video).
